The National Zoo and Aquarium has shown off its latest attraction – a three-week-old zebra.
The zebra is part of an international breeding program and is the tenth foul to be born at the zoo.
Wildlife supervisor Bec Scott says the animal is already attracting attention.
“Malawi is on display all the time. He ranges in a couple of paddocks that we have here at the zoo. But certainly for him he will be quite a popular attraction in the next few weeks. People love to see baby animals and the zebras are no different”.
